2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Manila Bakery Amsterdam webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Manila Bakery Amsterdam sells Filipino food products and meals through limited pre-order campaigns.
All products are subject to availability and may be offered in limited quantities.
Product images and descriptions on the website are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
4. Pre-Orders
All orders are placed as pre-orders for delivery on the specified delivery date; 13th of June 2026, and to be picked up during the Philippine Independence Day Picnic festival in Spaarnwoude, Halfweg.
By placing an order, the customer reserves products in advance. Orders become final once payment has been successfully completed.
Manila Bakery Amsterdam reserves the right to partially or fully cancel orders in cases of force majeure, limited availability, ingredient shortages, or operational circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, the customer will receive a refund for the affected items.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment providers, including iDEAL and credit card services.
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Delivery after the 13th of June is only available within selected postal code areas in and around Amsterdam.
Manila Bakery Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders outside the delivery area. If this occurs, the customer will receive a full refund.
The applicable delivery areas will be listed on the website.
Delivery times are estimates only. Manila Bakery Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. No Right of Withdrawal / No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of the products sold, customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal or return under applicable consumer protection laws.
Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within [for example: 24 hours] after placing the order and only if preparation or production has not yet started.
After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Allergies and Food Information
While Manila Bakery Amsterdam takes care in handling ingredients and allergens, products may contain traces of allergens including but not limited to gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and eggs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether products are suitable for their dietary needs.
Manila Bakery Amsterdam is not liable for allergic reactions or damages resulting from food allergies or dietary restrictions.
10. Liability
The liability of Manila Bakery Amsterdam is limited to the total value of the relevant order.
Manila Bakery Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages resulting from improper handling, storage, or consumption of products.
11. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with customers.
Manila Bakery Amsterdam handles personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or related agreements shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
